A former cultural centre occupying a warehouse built at the beginning of XX Century, this loft has been renovated maintaining its original space and structure. The different functions are arranged following the existing separation of the space between ground floor and mezzanine: day activities such as living room, garden, open plan kitchen, storage and a small spa are placed on the ground floor, while the upper floor is dedicated to bedrooms and a studio. The double height, continuous space of the loft is perceived in its whole thanks to the double level carpentry in durmast oak, an articulated connection between the two floors, that establishes a dialogue between them.
