The owner of this apartment of 80 m2 wanted a radical change that would involve broader and more intimate space.
The starting point was a house with a structure and distribution mid-80s, a time when it was built. The reform project involved a series of important changes that allowed expanding the central part of the housing. With the rehabilitation, one of the rooms was suppressed to get a bigger and able to change the position of the kitchen, besides giving a larger size. These changes have also allowed the heart of the house become more open space, expanding the area of the corridor and letting in more natural light.
The interior spaces have been dressed in an eclectic decor warm and bright colors, transported to the whole house, combining the different environments under a harmonious style and Nordic air.
To give a touch of color, doors and skirting were painted turquoise. A base furniture unit as 12 m long served as a link to connect the input, the distributor, dining room, living room, also providing a sense of openness and consistency. This furniture is complemented in the corridor area with an open shelf 3 m. The kitchen, with white furniture and black handles, visually remains attached to the dining room through a door and a window transparent glass also allow it to remain an independent stay as desired by the customer.
