Offices ST Consultores
The idea of the project is born of the intention to unify the different spaces existing through the use of materials and pieces made as they have a double function; To give service to its users as furniture and to delimit open zones that contribute flexibility to the proposal.
In this way the distribution of the spaces is hierarchized by the use of one material or another.
- Flexible spaces and support (WHITE)
- Work space (OAK)
This is reflected in the pavement, two types of floor in function of the previous uses, thus the white color is available for common areas that are in darker spaces, with less incidence of natural light, thus providing greater luminosity. Oak wood is placed in the work area and meetings, which with a more static character, brings nobility and warmth to the project.
As a link between these zones and the main configurator of the project, the WALL is developed, realized in both finishes when serving directly to the work area and flexible. This element, attached to the facade of the patio and partition wall with the room rack and kitchen, is provided by different elements that serve the office. In it are areas of storage, printing and reprography, rest, bookstore, archive, as well as a series of pieces made in oak wood that define small niches for the placement of corporate signage or commercial documentation.
Differentiation between these areas:
Zone 1, flexible spaces and support (WHITE):
Interior, without direct natural light. It is made with light tones that increase the level of luminosity and is characterized by being flexible to serve occasional uses.
Within the interior area a new flexible area is made. This piece can be closed by a curtain installed for presentations or informal meetings, as it also has a bank designed between the two central pillars.
Zone 2, work spaces (OAK):
Exterior, with direct light from the windows. It is proposed as a workspace. The layout and dimensions of the work tables are directly related to the rhythm of the façade hollows. The work area or outside area, located along the main front and the chamfer, is proposed as an open space provided by four autonomous work tables particularly designed for window cloths and due to its own longitudinal structure Hide all wiring and electrical connections required. Its multipurpose design, made up of interior shelves from side to side as a drawer and a bookcase at its end together that houses two screens supports that are extracted, suppose an element that ends up being co-protagonist in the daily life of its users.
In short, all parts and spaces of the project are integrated by the use of the two predominant materials; Oak wood and matt white finish, being configured in a proportion or another depending on the space in which they are.
