Marco Costanzi Studio
It is at Garbatella, in the young and vibrating heart of the Ostiense neighborhood, where I found the perfect place for my stay in Rome
Hidden by a large loquat, on the mezzanine floor of an industrial building, the black metal door opens onto an empty space lit by large windows, black slender iron structure framing small squares of glass, which filter a dazzling light.
Few interventions to restore the space to its original condition, a box made of concrete and a black resin floor finishing in which to work and live in peace, accompanied by the rattling of the nearby station.
