he project consists in the renovation of 40 square meters apartment, previously divided into a living room with kitchen, one bathroom in the middle and a double bedroom, small and little liveable rooms.The building (about 1950) was previously used as school and telephone exchange.
Being able to take advantage of the four large windows, one of which is at an angle, it was possible to guarantee natural lighting of the entire house, also from the bathroom side, that is separated from the living room throught a matt glass.
The bathroom is now under the bedroom area that is connected by a glass path to the study area.
The living area and the dining area are separated by a central kitchen area.The study area and the bedroom overlook the entire apartment, ensuring a complete view of the loft.
The upper floor is connected throught an iron customade staircase, with 8mm thick steps, coming out from the wall. Cement resine and industrial parquet have been used for the floors.
