The Social and Cultural Center is organized in two volumes that join each other vertically through a gallery of double height storey. On the land a big thick slab of concrete seats. Underneath this big covering the ground floor is organized in a set of volumes separated by courtyards, accesses and circulations. The 1st floor fits in a white volume hold on to the highest part of the topography, suspended over the ground floor. The involving area will be preserved as public green space for outdoor activities.
